About Via Rafael
Via Rafael is a marketplace and editorial platform where independent spiritual creators publish free content, write, and offer their own services. Via Rafael provides the platform; creators provide the services and are responsible for what they offer and deliver.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account, book a session or buy content.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure. One person, one account. Any account can add creator capability without losing its customer functionality.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break the community standards.
Creator listings
Creators set their own titles, descriptions, prices and availability, and are responsible for the accuracy of those listings and for delivering what was purchased.
Creators may not guarantee outcomes or present readings as medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice.
Payments and commission
Where paid transactions are enabled, payment is collected through our payment provider. Via Rafael retains a platform commission from eligible transactions; the applicable rate is shown to creators before they list. Payment processing fees charged by the payment provider are separate from the platform commission.
Via Rafael does not store card details. Payment and payout information is handled by the payment provider.
Content you publish
You keep ownership of what you upload or write. By publishing on Via Rafael you allow us to host and display it on the platform and to show excerpts in discovery surfaces such as Watch, Explore and the Journal.
Featured YouTube videos remain hosted by YouTube and play in the official YouTube player.
Limits
Services on Via Rafael are for personal reflection and entertainment. We do not guarantee any outcome from a reading, session or piece of content.
The platform is provided as-is while it is in active development, and features may change.
