Who Via Rafael is for

Via Rafael is open to independent spiritual creators, practitioners, guides, teachers, writers and thinkers. Tarot, astrology, mediumship, numerology, dream work, runes and meditation are examples of what people offer here — they are not the boundary of it. Spiritual conversation, symbolism, philosophy, folklore, energy practices, guided reflection and esoteric study are equally welcome.

Everyone using Via Rafael must be 18 or older.

Honesty about what a reading is

Readings, sessions and recorded content on Via Rafael are for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice, and they must never be presented as one.

Creators may not guarantee outcomes, promise results, claim to cure or diagnose conditions, or state that a purchase will change a specific future event.

No fear, no pressure

Fear-based claims — curses, hexes, warnings of harm, or anything implying a customer must pay to avoid a bad outcome — are prohibited and will be removed.

Artificial urgency, repeated upselling, and pressure to buy larger or more frequent sessions are not permitted.

Content and conduct

Do not publish content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, illegal, or that targets people on the basis of who they are.

Do not impersonate another person or practitioner, and do not present someone else's work, writing or video as your own.

Treat customers' questions and personal circumstances as confidential.

Verification

A Verified badge is granted only by the Via Rafael team and indicates that we have carried out identity and platform checks on the account. It is not an endorsement of spiritual ability, accuracy, qualifications or outcomes, and creators cannot assign it to themselves.

How we moderate

Anyone can report a profile, service, video or article. Moderators can unpublish content, suspend a creator profile, or remove a listing where these standards are broken. Underlying account data is preserved when something is unpublished.
