For creators

Creator support

How Via Rafael works from the creator's side — publishing, content, offerings and payouts.

Getting started

Any signed-in account can become a creator — there is no application queue. Choose Become a Creator, work through the short onboarding, and publish when you are ready. Your existing customer account, saved creators and bookings stay exactly as they are.

Onboarding saves as you go. You can close the tab and pick up where you left off, and you can change everything later in Creator Studio.

Publishing and privacy

Your profile stays private until you explicitly publish it. Before that, only you and Via Rafael moderators can see it — it will not appear in Explore, search, categories, the homepage or Watch.

Unpublishing hides your profile again without deleting anything. Republishing restores your services, videos and writing as they were.

Your practice, your words

Write your own discipline in your own language. Categories exist to help people find you; they do not define what you are allowed to offer.

Name your offerings the way you would describe them to a client — the delivery method (live, recorded video, audio or written) is separate from what the offering actually is.

Video

You can feature existing YouTube videos by pasting a link — nothing is re-uploaded, and playback uses the official YouTube player with normal attribution and controls. For long-form free content this is usually the better option.

You can also upload video directly to Via Rafael for shorter pieces made for the platform.

Writing for the Journal

Creators can submit writing to the Journal. Everything is reviewed before publication — nothing self-publishes. Published pieces are credited to you and can link back to your creator profile.

Getting paid

A free profile, free videos and Journal writing never require payment setup. You only need to complete payout onboarding when you want to sell.

Via Rafael's platform commission is shown to you before you list anything, and is applied automatically to eligible transactions. Payment processing fees are separate from the platform commission and are recorded separately on every transaction.

Need a person?

Moderation and support requests are handled through the report tools in the product and through Creator Studio. A dedicated support contact address will be published before public launch.

Via Rafael is an early-stage platform. This page changes as the product does.
