What Via Rafael keeps, who can see it, and how payment data is kept away from us.
What we store
Your account details (name, email and sign-in identity), your profile information, anything you publish, your saved creators, and your bookings, orders and messages to creators about an order.
If you sell on Via Rafael, payout and identity information is collected and held by our payment provider, not by Via Rafael.
What other people can see
A creator profile is private until its owner explicitly publishes it. Once published, the profile, its services, free videos, published writing and published reviews are public.
Customer accounts are not public. Saved creators, bookings and purchases are visible only to you, to the creator involved in a transaction, and to Via Rafael moderators where support or moderation genuinely requires it.
Payments
Card details are never sent to or stored by Via Rafael. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which handles card data, payout details and any identity or tax information it requires.
Your control
You can edit or remove your profile and content at any time. Unpublishing hides content without deleting it; deletion is permanent except where transaction records must be retained for accounting.
You can request access to or deletion of your account data. A formal contact route will be published before public launch.
Cookies and analytics
We use the storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not fabricate or sell audience data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Embedded YouTube videos are loaded only when you choose to play them, so YouTube does not receive a request until then.
This page is a working draft written for clarity, not a statement of verified legal compliance. It will be reviewed before public launch.
