Contact Via Rafael

Orders, refunds and disputes

Via Rafael is the merchant of record for every purchase made here, so payment, refund and dispute questions come to us rather than to the creator's own bank.

A support address has not been configured yet. Until it is, this platform is not ready to take live payments — the address is set from the admin launch checklist and no placeholder is used here.

Privacy requests

You can request a copy of your data or ask for your account to be deleted. Signed-in users can start this from their account page; otherwise use the support address above once it is published.

Safety concerns

Everything on Via Rafael is for entertainment and reflection. It is never medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it is not for under-18s. Report a creator, video or article using the report control on the item itself.
